Ketua GTTC Boyke Johan berikan hadiah uang pembinaan kepada atlet peraih emas


Ketua Umum Golden Tiger Taekwondo Club (GTTC) Sabeumnim Boyke Johan, memberikan hadiah berupa uang pembinaan prestasi kepada atlet-atlet binaannya yang berhasil meraih prestasi, di Bekasi, Minggu (7/4/2019).

Para atlet binaan GTTC ini, seperti diketahui, belum lama ini, berhasil meraih prestasi yang membanggakan dalam Kejuaraan Taekwondo Profesional yang digelar di Kabupaten Karawang, beberapa waktu lalu.

Dalam turnamen yang bertajuk Karawang Student Cup I - 2019 yang merupakan salah satu program kerja dari Pengurus Perhimpunan Universal Taekwondo Indonesia Profesional (UTI Pro) Provinsi Jawa Barat ini, anak didik GTTC berhasil meraih juara umum kedua, yaitu anak didik dari SMP Negeri 1 Cibarusah dengan meraih 4 medali dan 3 Perak.

Boyke Johan memberikan ucapan selamat kepada Jericho Febrian, pelajar SMA Tulus Bhakti untuk katagori Kyorugi Senior Putra pada turnamen Karawang Student Cup I -




Selain itu salah satu atlet GTTC juga berhasil meraih gelar The Best Player (pemain terbaik), yaitu Jericho Febrian, pelajar SMA Tulus Bhakti untuk katagori Kyorugi Senior Putra.

Menurut Boyke Johan, dirinya sangat mengapresiasi, anak-anak didik GTTC berhasil meraih prestasi yang cukup membanggakan tersebut. Apalagi dalam turnamen tersebut, jumlah atlet yang bertanding cukup banyak, yakni 450 atlet, di antaranya 385 atlet katagori Kyorugi (tarung) dan 65 atlet katagori Poomse (jurus). Para atlet tersebut berasal dari 13 klub.

GTTC sendiri dalam turnamen tersebut memberangkatkan 63 atlet, baik atlet pemula maupun prestasi. Hasilnya, 29 medali emas berhasil diraih. Selain itu, meraih juga 22 medali perak, dan 26 medali perunggu.

Beberapa atlet bahkan tercatat meraih dua medali untuk dua katagori. Seperti Stefanus Jonathan dari SDK Strada Nawar yang meraih dua medali emas untuk katagori Kyorugi Ictu B Putra dan katagori Poomsae Ictu.

Seorang lagi, Hugaw Inggrian S dari SMAN 11 Bekasi juga meraih dua medali emas untuk katagori Kyorugi Junior dan katagori Poomsae Junior.

Sejumlah atlet lain juga meraih dua medali, emas dan perak untuk dua katagori yang dipertandingkan.




Johan dalam acara yang dihadiri para atlet dan para orangtua atlet tersebut, berharap, agar para atlet anggota GTTC terus berlatih dengan disiplin, agar bisa mempertahankan prestasi, bahkan diharapkan bisa meningkatkan prestasi lebih tinggi lagi.

Pada kesempatan itu, Boyke juga mengungkapkan, bahwa dirinya mendapatkan undangan dari panitia turnamen Taekwondo Australia Open, pada bulan Juni mendatang. Oleh karena itu dirinya akan menyeleksi lebih ketat lagi atlet yang benar-benar berprestasi, untuk dikirimkan mengikuti turnamen di Australia tersebut.

Terkait dengan hadiah berupa uang pembinaan bagi atlet-atlet yang berprestasi, menurut Boyke, hal itu untuk memacu altet agar makin berprestasi dan sekaligus memotivasi atlet yang belum berhasil meraih medali agar berlatih lebih keras untuk meraih prestasi lebih baik.(Ar)

GTTC Chairman Boyke Johan gave coaching prize money to gold-winning athletes

Chairman of the Golden Tiger Taekwondo Club (GTTC) Sabeumnim Boyke Johan, gave prizes in the form of achievement coaching money to the fostered athletes who won achievements, in Bekasi, Sunday (04/07/2019).

The GTTC fostered athletes, as is known, recently, won a proud achievement in the Professional Taekwondo Championship held in Karawang District, some time ago.

In the tournament titled Karawang Student Cup I - 2019 which is one of the work programs of the Universal Professional Taekwondo Association of Indonesia (UTI Pro) of West Java Province, GTTC students won the second overall champion, namely students from SMP Negeri 1 Cibarusah with won 4 medals and 3 silvers.

On that occasion, Boyke also revealed that he got an invitation from the committee of the Taekwondo Australia Open tournament, this coming June. Therefore he will select even tighter athletes who really excel, to be sent to participate in the tournament in Australia.
